摘要
采用微波技术与传统浸提法相结合 ,研究出一种新式蜂胶有效成分提取方法———醇液两步提取法。给出该法的最佳提取工艺条件 ,其最大提取率为 88.71% ,实现了快速高效的提取效果。
By way of the technology of microwave and the traditional leaching method,a new method extracting propolis_the two_step_ethanol_leaching method was developed. The functional consistence of propolis could be extracted more completely and fast with this method. The optimum technological conditions were given in this paper.The highest extractive rate could be 88.71% in two days.
