摘要
聚天冬氨酸和聚天冬酰胺是一类性能优异的高分子材料,在药物控释、组织工程等许多领域应用广泛。综述了近年来国内外对该领域研究的进展。
Poly(aspartic acid) is a water-soluble polymer of great importance.This polymer is known to be
biodegradable and thus can be used in medical,comestic.fabric and metal absorbents.In this paper,we mainly review recent research on poly(aspartic acid),polyaspartamide and its copolymers,including synthesis of these polymers.The use of polyaspartamide,especially as drug carriers and bioscaffold materials is also described in detail.
