摘要
随着高校科技创业活动的兴起,对高校传统的知识产权认识产生了较大冲击和影响。通过对二者关系进行探讨,进一步分析了高校知识产权存在的相关问题,并提出了解决问题的设想和途径。
Along with rising of college science and technology enterprise foundation activity,the intellectual property rights to the tradition in c ollege are known to have given rise to bigger shock and influence.This text,has been in progress the inquirement to t he relations of them,and has been analysed the being mutually related quation that the college intellectu al property rights exist,and has been put forward the tentative plan and w ay of settlement quation furtuer.
