摘要
高校知识产权工作已成为我国高校科技工作的重要组成部分。论文分析高校知识产权管理工作中存在的问题并提出相应的对策;建议构建校企平台,加强高校产学研合作,建立技术转移机构,促进知识产权实施与应用。
Intellectual property of colleges and universities in China has become an important part of scientific and technological work.This article analyzes the problems of intellectual property management in universities and puts forward corresponding countermeasures,such as building school-enterprise platform,strengthening the cooperation among industries,universities and research insitutes,and establishing technology transfer institutions to facilitate the implementation and application of intellectual property rights.
