摘要
本文通过反例说明《偶数阶中立型微分方程的线性化振动的一个注记》一文中主要定理的错误（参见文[2]）.
This paper illustrates that there are some mistakes in the main theorem in 'A Note on Linearized Oscillation for Even-Order Neutral Differential Equations' by a contrary example.
