摘要
探讨容量校正核分裂指数与胃癌预后的关系。方法 (1)计算显微镜视野内每平方毫米胃癌实质核分裂数。 (2 )使用图像分析仪测定癌细胞核面积、周长和形态因子。结果 容量校正核分裂指数与胃癌预后具有密切关系 (p <0 .0 1) .而癌细胞核面积、周长、形态因子与胃癌预后无密切关系。结论 容量校正核分裂指数可作为预测胃癌预后的指标。
AIM To search into the relationship between the volume corrected mitotic index (M/V index) and the prognosis of gastric carcinoma METHODS The M/V index was calculated from the number of mitotic figures counted per square millimeter in the section of gastric carcinoma parenchyma under microscope. The nuclear area, nuclear perimeter and form factor were measured with image analyser. RESULTS There was a close relationship between the M/V index and prognosis of gastric carcinoma (p<0.01),but the nuclear morphometry had no statistic significance. CONCLUSION M/V index could be a predictor of the disease outcome in gastric carcinoma.
