摘要
容量校正核分裂指数(M/V指数),能表达在显微镜视野中每平方毫米肿瘤实质核的分裂活性.本文研究38例胃癌,结果表明M/V指数与预后关系密切(P<0.001).提示可作为估计胃癌预后的指标.
Volume-Adjusted mitotic index (M/V-index) expresses the mitotic activity of carcinoma as the number of mitotic figures per square millimeter of neo-plastic parenchyma in a microscopic field. The M/V-index and prognosis of the carcinomas of stomach in 38 cases was studied. The results disclosed that there was good correlation (P<0. 001) between M/V-index and prognosis of the carcinomas of stomach. This finding indicated that M/V-index taiight be used as a significant prognostic predictor and could be recommended to be applied in practical work.
