摘要
本文采用数学分析方法推导出了加工罗茨泵四叶圆弧螺旋转子的指状铣刀的接触方 程及其求解式。通过计算机求出了刀具样板的线切割机输入数据。
In the present paper, mathematical analytic method is used to derive the line of contact equation and its formula for calculation of the finger milling cutter, which processes the four-lobe circular arc spiral rotor of Roots pump. Through the calculation with computer, we give the input data of the templet of finger milling cutter in the line cutting machine.
