摘要
应用数控系统改装刨床,来加工罗茨鼓风机、罗茨真空泵的转子叶轮型面等特型工件,这是文章作者多年来研究的成果。重点介绍了改造刨床所用数控系统的功能配置,以及对牛头刨床和龙门刨床改造的方法,并对风机转子型面的加工程序编制和调试作了全面论述,最后概括了使用效果。
Innovation of planing machine by using digital control system for the purpose of processing special shape on the parts which are used on Rose Air-Blower or Rose Vacuum Pump.It is the achievements of the writer obtaining with years＇ research work.This article gives a major introduction on the function design for the innovation of planer with digital control system as well as the methods to reform planing machine and shaping machine, and a detail description is given to the process program for processing shaping surface of the blower turner as well as the installation.At last,the application effects is summed up.
