摘要
本文介绍了第一套国产连续式平板玻璃真空镀膜设备──ＪＰ－１０００Ａ型真空镀膜建筑玻璃生产线。阐明了设备工艺性能要求，并列出ＪＰ－１０００Ａ型设备的技术指标。文中给出典型工艺参数和产品测试结果。试生产表明ＪＰ－１０００Ａ型机功能齐全，满足生产需要等，其产品与进口设备产品相媲美。
In this paper, the first set of the depositing equipment for the plane glass In-line Architectural Glass Coating System, JP-1000A is introduced. The technical function and the technical specifications are presented. The typical process parameters and experimental results are given in the paper. It is evident that the function of JP-1000A system is perfect, it can meet the demands in the production. The coated glass produced with the system is as good as that made with the imported equipment.
