摘要
用 14 0个随机引物对 39份甘蓝型双低油菜杂交种亲本材料进行RAPD分析 ,选出 4 0个能产生清晰多态性主带的引物重复扩增 ,以筛选出的 9个引物扩增出重复性好的多态性主带构建 39份亲本材料的DNA指纹图谱。结果表明 ,DNA指纹图谱可将 2 7份亲本材料一一区分 ,其余 12份材料可合并为 4组 ,组内材料均为来源相同的姊妹系。
random primers were used for PCR amplifications with 39 hybrid parents in Brassica napus , and 40 primers were chosen to further PCR amplifications for them producing main bands with good repeatility. Finally 9 best primers were selected for fingerprinting analysis in this study. The fingerprints obtained from these 9 primers could distinguish 27 materials and the other four groups consisting of 12 materials. The materials in each group were sister materials. The fingerprints of these 39 materials were consistent with their pedigree.
