摘要
以强力生根剂、IBA、IBA+硼砂、NAA、NAA+IBA等药剂处理巨峰葡萄插条,结果表明,各种 药剂对插条生根都有一定促进效果。以强力生根剂效果最佳,生根率和单株生根数分别为60.8%和8.07条, 各为对照(清水处理)的2倍和2.3倍,极显著高于对照;其次,IBA和IBA+硼砂的效果也较好,生根率 分别为47.9%和46.9%,显著高于对照。各种药剂对插条生根长度没有显著影响。
A cutting experiment with Qiang-li-sheng-gen-ji、IBA、IBA+Borax、NAA and NAA+IBA treating dormant branch of Kyoho grape was done. The result showed that every treatment had some effect to promote taking root of cutting. Among them, Qiang-li-sheng-gen-ji was best, whose rate of taking root and number of per cutting taking root was 60.8 percent and 8.07 respectively and was 2 times and 3 times of contrast respectively. They had extreme marked difference with contrast. Secondly, IBA and IBA+borax were also better, whose rates of taking root were 47.9 percent and 46.9 percent, and had marked difference with contrast. Every treatment had no marked effect on root length of cutting.
