摘要
对经不同越冬时间“冻旱”处理的葡萄插条,经检测分析结果表明,芽原始体变褐率,芽包被变褐率、插条含水量和电导度与扦插成活率存在显著的线性(或负线性)关系,可以做为插条扦插成活率的预测指标。在采集和保存葡萄插条时要特别注意芽和枝条含水量的选择与维护。
The grape cutting woods treated with“freezing and Drought”in different ove- rwinter time were dtected.The result indicated that the browing rate of bad primodia, the browing rate of bud secundines,the water content and conductance degree of the cutting woods were related significantly to cutting survival rate in a line- ar way and could be taken as the predicating index of the survival rate.The wa- ter content of grape stem and bud should be detected attentively when collected and should be mantained specially during presereving period.
