摘要
作者对我国北方小豆地方品种资源群体主要农艺性状遗传参数的稳定性进行了分析。结果表明 :农艺性状观察值在品种间、年间均达显著差异 ,各农艺性状的平均值 (X)、遗传变异系数 (gcv)、遗传力 (h2 )、相对遗传进度 (RGS)等遗传参数在不同年份间也有极显著差异 ;遗传参数的变异系数是CVRGS>CVgcv>CVh2 >CVX,即群体农艺性状的平均值年间比较稳定 ,其次是h2 ,而RGS年间最不稳定 ;农艺性状间遗传参数的稳定性有显著差异 ,综合变异系数是单株荚数和单株产量 >单荚粒数和荚宽 >主茎分枝数 >生育前期、株高、百粒重和荚长 >生育后期。
The genetic parameters of agronomic characters were estimated from random samples of local variety population of Adzuki bean from North China The stability of genetic parameters of main agronomic characters was analyzed, the results showed that: (1) The observed values of agronomic characters were significant difference both between varieties and years, Genetic parameters of each agronomic character such as the mean value, genetic variation coefficient (gcv), heritability(h 2) and relative genetic schedule(RGS) and so on were extreme significant difference between years (2) The order of variation coefficients of the genetic parameters is CV RGS >CV gcv >CV h 2 >CV X, i e the mean value of agronomic characters of population between years is the most stable in the genetic parameters, the second is h 2 and the last is RGS which is the most unstable The stability of genetic parameters is significant difference in agronomic characters The order of integrated variation coefficient is pod numbers per plant, yields per plant > seed numbers per plant and width of pod > branch numbers of main stem > days of prefertility period, plant height, 100 seed weight and length of pod > days of postfertility period, days of all fertility period, node numbers of main stem
