摘要
对苹果脱毒试管苗进行生根技术研究。实验结果表明:品种不同,其适宜生根培养基不同。长富-1在AR3培养基生根率最高,达92.7％;早乔纳金在AR2培养基上生根率最高,为90.3％;均与其它5种培养基差异达极显著。由试验结果可知,IBA浓度在1.0～1.5mg/L之间较适宜苹果脱毒试管苗生根,浓度太高或太低都不利于试管苗生根。IAA对苹果试管苗生根作用不大。
The rooting technique of aple virus-free tube plant was strdied. The result shows that the appropriate culture medium for rooting was different for different varietices. The highest rooting rate of Fuji was on AR3 culture medium, that was 92.7% ;The highest footing rate of Early jonagold was on the AR2 culture medium, that was 90.3 %. They were all significantly difference from the other five culture mediums. The result showed that when the concentration of IBA was between 1.0-1.5 mg/L, it was appropriate for the rooting of the apple virus-free tube plant. It was not good for rooting of tube plant when the concentration was too high or too low. IAA had no strong effect on the rooting of the apple plant.
