摘要
用热处理、微尖嫁接、微尖培养、长期继代组培四种方法,对20多个苹果品种及10余个砧木进行了四种常见病毒病(CLSV、SGV、SPV和ApMV)的脱毒效果研究。结果表明,微尖培养法效果最好,一次取尖脱毒率分别为95.16%、97.56%、97.56%和100%;两次取尖均达100%。
Four methods (meristeme graft, meristem culture, long term tissue cul ture, and thermotherapy) for eliminating apple virus have been compared for four apple virus disseases (CLSV, SGV, SPV and ApMV). More than 20 apple varieties and rootstocks were taken, Results showed that meristeme culture is the most efficient. Virus elimination rate in metisteme culture were 95.16% 97.56%, 97.56% and 100.00%, respectively for 4 virus above mentioned, and 100.00% were obtained when the planlets were re-meristem-eul-tured.
