摘要
介绍了工作流管理的现状和产品数据管理技术,比较了知识处理与数据处理的特点,提出了一种以工作流为核心的智能PDM系统集成解决方案,通过在PDM系统中集成人工智能,使用STEP标准建立信息模型和数据交换,增强系统在信息和应用集成的过程中的适应性和开放性,提供基于Interneu/Intranet的共享零件库和标准工程手册数据库,将工程设计和管理人员解放出来,可提高产品设计和资源利用率。
This paper introduces workflow management and product data management (PDM) technology, compares knowledge processing with data processing. Eventually it puts forward a solution for a workflow-based and knowledge-based PDM system. In order to enhance system's adaptability and opening in processing of information and application integrating, AI and STEP stan-dard are invoked into the system, they are good for building up information model and data interchange. Internet/Intranet-based part and commonness engineering database make for easier designing and managing, it is convenient for improving product design and resource utilizing.
