Preparation of Low-density Polymer Microshells for Cryogenic Targets

摘要 利用三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯 (TMPTA)的溶液聚合反应 ,结合多次乳化技术 ,制备出了惯性约束聚变低温冷冻靶用泡沫空心微球 ,密度约为 5 0mg/cm3 ,微球直径 15 0~ 3 0 0 μm ,最大球径可达 40 0 μm以上 ,球形度好于 95 % ,泡沫蜂窝直径 2~ 5 μm。 Low density polymer foam microshells for use as cryogenic laser fusion targets have been prepared by TMPTA solution polymerization combined with emulsion. The density of foam microshell is about 50 mg/cm 3, microshell's diameter is in the range from 150 to 400 μm, and more than 95% of spherity, 2~5 μm of cell diameter, respectively.
