摘要
综述了激光惯性约束聚变研究中的低温冷冻靶的各种制备方法。
This paper reviews a variety of methods of the cryogenic target in laser inertial confinement fusion research field.In order to develop the experiments of the target physis in China,the cryogenic target technology used for in high power laser facilitues is suggested.
