摘要
概要综述了用化学法制备光学薄膜的浸渍镀膜法、旋转镀膜法、喷溅镀膜法、流延法、弯月面镀膜法和涂布镀膜法等方法 ,及其薄膜特性 ,诸如折射率、激光损伤阈值、机械强度等的控制技术 。
Sol gel process is one of the simplest techniques to manufacture thin films. The quality of the prepared films depends on the parameters of the sol gel process and the used technique for deposition. A great variety of the sol gel derived films have been prepared for different applications. A review on the sol gel derived coatings is presented and the different sol gel deposition techniques are also mentioned.
