摘要
研究了以铝铵钒和碳酸氢铵为原料 ,用化学法合成尺寸均一、颗粒细小分散的碱式碳酸铝铵前驱沉淀物 ,进而制备纳米氧化铝粉体的工艺。数据表明 :反应物的混合方式对前驱沉淀物及粉体的尺寸和形貌都有很大的影响。用先缓慢滴加 ,在反应物充分混合且过饱和度达到一定程度的基础上 ,再将沉淀剂雾化加入的工艺有利于得到尺寸均一、细小分散的NH4 Al(OH ) 2 CO3胶体 ,经灼烧最终制得平均粒径为 15nm左右的α Al2
With obtaining firstly monodisperse ultrafine NH 4Al(OH) 2CO 3, nanometer Al 2O 3 powder was prepared by chemical method using NH 4Al(SO 4) 2·12H 2O and NH 4HCO 3 as raw materials. The data showed that the mixture ways of reactants influenced the size and the appearance of the pioneer precipitate and powder. The method of atomized spray, which dropped slowly first and then sprayed fast, could gain small and homogeneous NH 4Al(OH) 2CO 3 colloid,and ultimately the nanometer powder with a mean particle size of 15nm was produced after calcination .
