The chemical composition, hardenability band and mechanical properties of 20CrMnTiH steel were measured. Using the method of regression analysis, relationship between the chemical composition and hardenability and mechanical properties of 20CrMnTiH steel was analyzed. Influence degree of the chemical composition on hardenability and mechanical properties were analysized by means of the regression equation. The simultaneous equation of constituent inter control requlation was deduced by means of probability analysis and thus the smelting constituent content of major alloying elements in the 20CrMnTiH steel had been established.
