摘要
研究了从硫精矿(黄铁矿产品)中综合回收金银铜,探讨了实现铜硫分离的机理 与手段.在原硫精矿中Cu、Au、Ag分别为0.67%、5.01g/t、17.23g/t的情况下,当氧化时间 为15min时,可较好地实现铜硫分离.闭路试验获得βCu= 18.02%、βAu= 112g/t、βAg= 210g/t、εCu=80.50%、εAu=74.83%、εAg=40.72%的铜精矿。
Gold, silver and copper in sulfide concentrates can be effectively recovers by means of separation of chalcopyrite and pyrite. The mechanism and approach of Cu - S separation has been discussed. In closed - circuit test under the condition of oxidation treating 15min, the chalcopyrite concentrate of 18. 02% Cu, 112g/t Au, 210g/t Ag have been obtained from sulfide concentrate containing 0. 67% Cu, 5. 01g/t Au, 17. 23 g/t Ag with the recovery ratio of 80. 5%, 74. 83%, and 40.72% respectively.
