知识经济条件下的图书资料部门正逐步地演变为现代信息的中心。其图书资料工作的质量与效能 ,已成为衡量一个国家知识产业发达程度的重要尺度。图书资料工作必须在技术手段、服务职能及人员素质等方面 ,采取切实的因应策略 。
The office of books and reference materials under intellectual economy is gradually changing into the center of modern information. The quality and efficiency of the work of the officehave already become an important standard for measuring the development of the intellectual industry of a country. The work of books and reference materials must take corresponding practical measures in using technical methods, performing service function, and improving personnel quality in order to suit the needs of the development of time.
