摘要
探讨了城市化导致灾害加剧对城市可持续发展构成的危害 ,分析了城市防灾减灾能力的现状 ,从发挥政府主导作用、推进科技减灾、加大防灾减灾投入等方面 ,提出了强化城市防灾减灾能力。
This paper approaches that the urbanization will result in disaster aggravation and harm sustainable developments of cities,analyses the condition of capacities of disasters preparedness and reduction in cities.From aspects of playing leading roles of governments, promoting disasters reduction in science and technology as well as increasing investment of disasters preparedness and reduction,the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for strengthening capacities of disasters preparedness and reduction,realizing sustainable developments in cities.
