摘要
运用数学理论分析了剪切式均质机空腔内流体的流动 ,根据Navier Stokes方程、能量及动量方程 ,对流动过程中定、转子间产生的周向流流场和定、转子开口槽内产生的径向流流场进行了分析 ,探讨了其对流体均质的影响 ,为剪切式均质机的进一步研究和设计提供了理论依据 .
The flow-fields of a shearing homogenizer's cavity employing mathematics theories is studied. Analyzing tangential velocity between rotor and stator of homogenizer, and radial velocity generated by flow in the slot of stator or rotor based on Navier-Stokes equation and energy and momentum equation. The effect on homogenization has been discussed, providing theory basis for a further research and design of a shearing stator/rotor homogenizer.
