摘要
通过运用ANSYS系列软件对高剪切均质机腔体内复杂三维流场进行了研究;对于特定性质的流体,运用CFD技术,在一定的边界条件下,定量地研究了流体在腔内复杂运动状态。这为进一步研究、设计高效的剪切式均质机提供了理论依据。
The internal cavity complex 3D flow field of high-shear homogenizer was studied by ANSYS series software. Under certain boundary condition, the complex movement status within cavity of fluid with special characters was quantitatively studied with CFD technique, thus providing theory basis for a further research and design of a new highshear homogenizer.
