摘要
目的 观察左侧星状神经节阻滞对心肌缺血再灌注心律失常的影响。方法 选用健康新西兰白兔16只 ,随机分为 2组 ,A组为对照组 ,B组为采用左侧星状神经节阻滞。常规建立活体心肌缺血再灌注损伤模型。分别于阻断左冠状动脉前降支 (LAD)前 ,再灌注 5、30min三个时间点 ,从冠状静脉窦口抽血测神经肽Y(NPY)和去甲肾上腺素 (NE) ,并记录再灌注后 1~ 5min时间段的心律变化。结果 左侧星状神经节阻滞组 ,在心肌缺血再灌注 5min、30min时间点 ,冠状静脉血血浆NPY和NE水平均明显降低 (P <0 0 5 ) ;在再灌注后 1~ 5min时间段的心律失常发生率也明显降低 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 左侧星状神经节阻滞可降低心肌缺血再灌注心律失常的发生率。
Objective To determine the influence of stellate ganglion block on myocardial ischemial reperfusion arrhythmia.Methods Sixteen rabbits were divided randomly into two groups : group A(control group), group B (experimental group) was left lateral stellate ganglion blocks. Myocardial ischemia reperfusion model in vivo was carried out routinely. Blood samplies were taken from coronary sinus for the determination of neuropeptide(NPY) and noradrenaline(NE) at the following time point before LAD crossclamping , 5min, 30min after reperfusion.The occurrence of RA was measured in 1~5min during reperfusion.Results The level of plasma NPY and NE were significantly reduced at 5min, 30min after reperfusion (P<0 05).The occurrence of RA was significantly reduced in 1~5min after reperfusion, in left lateral stellate ganglion block group.Conclusion Left lateral stellate ganglion block may reduce the occurrence of RA.
