神经节阻滞治疗妊娠高血压综合征并视力障碍效果观察

摘要 目的观察星状神经节阻滞(SGB)治疗妊娠高血压综合征并发视力障碍的疗效。方法将妊娠高血压综合征并发视力障碍32例,随机分为常规治疗组(对照组)和SGB组(观察组),每组各16例,27眼。对照组给予复方丹参注射液+山莨菪碱注射液+维生素C注射液静脉滴注。观察组在常规治疗基础上,加用星状神经节阻滞治疗。结果两组在治疗当天眼底均无明显变化,治疗第2天,观察组恢复正常眼数明显多于对照组(P<0.05),治疗7天后,观察组均恢复正常,疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗基础上加用SGB,可明显减少妊娠高血压综合征视力障碍时间,提高产褥期产妇生活质量,预防永久性视功能损害。
