白芷总挥发油对疼痛模型大鼠的神经递质的影响 被引量:50

摘要 目的 :探讨白芷总挥发油 (EssentialoilofRadixAngelicaedahuricae ,EOAD)对疼痛模型大鼠神经递质的影响。 方法 :采用多种工具药探讨EOAD的镇痛作用与中枢神经递质的关系 ,并用化学荧光法测定单胺类神经递质含量。结果 :EOAD与烯丙吗啡、氟哌啶醇有协同作用 ,其镇痛作用能被纳洛酮和利血平对抗 ;EOAD在外周能显著降低血中单胺类神经递质的含量 ,在中枢能显著升高多巴胺、5 羟色胺含量 ,降低去甲肾上腺素和 5 羟吲哚乙酸含量。结论 :EOAD调整体内单胺类神经递质含量是其镇痛的机理之一。 Objective: To investigate the effect of essential oil of Radix Angelicae dahuricae (EOAD) on neural transmitter of pain model rats. Methods: Using tool drugs to measure analgesic effect of EOAD and detect the content of monoamine neurtal transmitter by fluorospectrophotometry. Results: EOAD work on coordination with nalorphine and haloperidol, The analgesic effect can be antagonized by naloxone and reserpine, EOAD can decrease the content of monoamine neurtal transmitter in blood signifiantly. It also can increase 5 hydroxytryptamine of brainstem, decrease norepinephrine, 5 hydroxyindoleacetic acid which is the metabolic product of 5 hydroxytryptamine significantly. Conclusion: EOAD adjusts pain through regulating the content of monoamine neural transmitter of pain model rats induced by formaldehyde.
