乳腺癌中p16,Cyclin D1基因蛋白的表达及意义 被引量:5

摘要 目的 :探讨细胞周期调控因子 p16及CyclinD1蛋白的表达与乳腺癌发生发展的关系。 方法 :采用免疫组织化学染色检测 49例乳腺癌及 14例癌旁组织中 p16及CyclinD1蛋白表达。 结果 :CyclinD1在乳腺癌中有较高表达 ,过表达率为 49% (2 4/4 9) ,明显高于癌旁正常组织 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;p16在乳腺癌中过表达率 (4 0 .8% )低于癌旁正常组织 (阳性率为 92 .8% ,P <0 .0 5 ) ;淋巴结转移组的p16蛋白表达明显低于淋巴结无转移组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;p16的低表达与CyclinD1的高表达有关。 结论 :CyclinD1过表达及p16蛋白的失表达参与乳腺癌的发生 ; Objective:Purpose To study the relationship between the expression of cell division cycle regulators in breast carcinoma and pathogenesis of the carcinoma. Methods:The expressions of Cyclin D1 and p16 protein were studies by ABC immunohistochemical labeling in both 49 cases of breast carcinoma and 14 cases of normal breast tissues. Results:The positive rate of Cyclin D1 over expression in breast carcinoma was 49%(24/49),much higher than 28.6%(4/14) in normal breast tissue( P <0.05); The positive rate of p16 protein overexpression in the breast carcinoma was 40.8%,while there was a significant difference compared with that of normal breast tissue 92.8%( P <0.05), and the expression was related to the lymph node metastasis and to the over expression of the Cyclin D1 protein.Conclusions:Both of Cyclin D1 over expression and loss expression of p16 protein are involved in breast carcinomagenesis; abnormal expression of p16 protein becomes involved in the metastasis of breast carcinoma.
