哌嗪缩合反应是环丙沙星生产工艺中的关键步骤。本文针对环丙沙星生产中哌嗪缩合工艺如原料、溶剂、合成方法、反应温度及后继处理方法进行了概述 。
Condensation reaction of piperazine is a very important step in the process of synthesis of ciprofloxacin.In order to supply valuable information for industrial manufacture of ciprofloxacin,this paper gives a review on the synthetic process of ciprofloxacin such as raw materials,solvents,synthesis methods,temperature and the ways for dealing with the product.
