摘要 研究了茭白黑粉菌(Ustilago esculenta)冬孢子萌发和菌丝生长,结果表明冬孢子萌发的适宜温度为25~30℃,最适pH为6,该菌在合成培养基上的生长适温为28℃,最适生长pH为6,蔗糖、葡萄糖和果糖是菌丝生长的良好碳源,氮源以蛋白胨和天门冬酰胺为佳,菌丝生长需要98~100%的棚对湿度,菌丝体含多种氨基酸,以谷氨酸、精氨酸、天门冬氨酸和亮氨酸的含量较高。 The spore germination and growth of Ustilago esculenta,a fungus which induces the swollen stem of the Zizania latifolia used as a vegetable,were studied.The appropriate temperature for the germination of the teliospores was found to be 25 to 30℃,and the optimum pH was 6.Optimum temperature for growth of the fungus on synthetic medium was 28℃,pH 6 was the optimum pH for growth.Sucrose,glucose and fructose were excellent carbon sources which favored abundant spreading colony growth.Peptone and asparagine were the best nitrogen sources for growth.Rapid growth of Ustilago esculenta required high relative humidity of 98~100%.The contents of glutamic acid,arginin,aspartic acid,and leucine were higher amcngst many amino acids in the mycelium.
