摘要
目的研究视神经损伤视网膜节细胞(RGCs)的凋亡,探讨凋亡在视神经损伤后视网膜节细胞继发性死亡中的地位。方法采用大鼠球后视神经横断伤和钳夹伤模型,于术后1、3、7、14d通过透射电镜及Tunel法检测视网膜节细胞的凋亡。结果视神经横断后7d及14d,挤压伤后14d,Tunel法显示RGCs出现凋亡阳性细胞,电镜下可见凋亡特征性改变。结论视神经损伤后RGCs出现凋亡,提示凋亡在视神经损伤节细胞继发性死亡中占有一定的地位。
Objective To study apoptosis of retina ganglion cells(RGCs) following the optic nerve injury.Method Intraorbital optic nerve axotomy or crush model of rat was used to observe the apoptosis of RGCs through TUNELs' method and electron microscope on day 1,3,7,14 after the optic nerve injury.Results On days 7 and 14 of axotomy and days 14 of crush,apoptosic cells were showed in GCL by Tunel method,and were characterized by typical morphologic changes under electron microscope.Conclusions RGCs show apoptosis after the optic nerve injury,suggesting apoptosis may play a improtant role in the delay death of RGCs after the optic nerve injury.
