摘要
目的研究芪参还五胶囊对缺血大鼠脑组织可塑性的影响。方法采用线栓法制作大鼠大脑中动脉缺血模型,运用透射电镜观察假手术组、安慰剂对照组和芪参还五胶囊治疗组大鼠脑皮质神经元突触数目和微观结构的变化。结果对照组神经元突触数目减少,突触结构模糊,线粒体肿胀,突触小泡数量减少、破裂甚至融合,差于假手术组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组突触结构较清晰、结构相对完整,明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论缺血后大鼠脑皮质神经元突触结构遭破坏,芪参还五胶囊对缺血后大鼠脑有保护作用。
Objective To study the effect of Qishenhuanwa capsule on cortex neurosynapses in rats after cerebral ischemia. Methods The model of middle cerebral artery occlusion were made with the intraluminal filament occlusion,then changes of the parietal lobe synapses were observed in rats of sham operation group, placebo control group and Qishenhuanwu group. Results In placebo control group, the number of synaptic terminals decreased, synaptic structures obscured, mitochondria enlarged, and quantity of synaptic vesicles reduced, even broke and fused, when compared with those of the sham-operation group ( P 〈 0.01). But in Qishenhuanwu group, it was demonstrated that rather clearer and more complete synaptic structures, which were improved markedly in comparison of those in the rats of control group( P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion Qishenhuanwu capsule may had protective effect on ischemic brain.
