摘要
通过切削实验,研究了PCBN刀具精密切削淬硬GCr15轴承钢时切削力的特征、锯齿形切屑的形态和刀具的磨损特征,又从表面粗糙度、硬化层深度、亚表层的白层现象和残余应力的分布方面深入研究了PCBN刀具精密切削淬硬轴承钢的适应性,实验结果表明,PCBN刀具应用于GCr15轴承钢的精密切削是可行的。
Experiments were performed to investigate the cutting forces,saw -tooth chip morphology and tool wear when t urning hardened GCr15bearing steel with polycrystalline cubic boron nitride t ools.Furthermore,a thorough description of the adaptability when precision turning hardened bea ring steel with PCBN tool was given based on surface finish,depth of hardened layer,white layer of subsurface and distribution of re sidual stress.The experimental results show that it is reliability and f easibility of using precision hard machining process when superfinishing hardened GCr15bearing stee l with PCBN tool.
