摘要
叙述了利用先进计算机技术和仿真软件,进行车辆ABS电子控制系统快速开发的过程。首先建立车辆模型和ABS控制模型,然后进行纯仿真计算,实时仿真计算以及混合仿真计算,从而达到对车辆ABS控制逻辑快速开发的目的。最后把研制的ABS控制器应用于桑塔纳2000型试验样车进行实车道路试验,取得较好的效果。该开发系统具有较好的扩展性,也可用于其他车辆电子控制系统快速开发,从而为在较少的前期投入和短时期内开发出合格的汽车电子产品以迅速占领市场提供了新思路。
A rapid development system for anti-lock braking system is presented by using real-time hardware-in-the-loop simulation with aid of the advanced computer technology and simulation software. Based on an established vehicle model, the control logic for ABS is investigated. off-line simulations, real-time simulations and hardware-in-the-loop simulations are respectively carried on to examine and modify the ABS control algorithm. The ABS controller developed by this rapid devel-opment system is applied to vehicle field test and promising results are obtained. The proposed approach also can be applied to develop other vehicle electronic control systems, such as traction control system, vehicle stability control system, etc. The feasibility is proved for manufacturers to develop a high-level vehicle electronic control system quickly with low cost and then to be more competitive in future market.
