摘要
报道了血红蛋白 (Hb)在磷脂 -月桂酸修饰的玻碳电极上的电化学行为 ,在 +0 .8~ - 0 .7V (vs.Ag/AgCl)电位范围内 ,于pH 6 .0的 0 .0 1mol/L的KH2 PO4 Na2 HPO4 底液中 ,血红蛋白产生不可逆的还原电流峰 .还原峰电流与血红蛋白浓度在 1.2 5× 10 -8~ 4.31× 10 -7mol/L范围内呈良好线性关系 .
The electrochemical behavior of hemoglobin at a lipid-lauric acid modified glassy carbon electrode (GC) is reported. In the potential range of + 0.8similar to -0.7 V (vs. Ag/AgCl), an irreversible cathodic peak was observed at -0.4 V at the scan rate of 20 mV/s. In the medium of 0. 01 mol/L KH2PO4-Na2HPO4 (pH 6.0), the cathodic peak current shows linear relationship with the concentration of hemoglobin in the range of 1.25 x 10(-8) similar to 4.31 x 10(-7) mol/L. The electrode can be used as an approach for determining hemoglobin with high sensitivity.
