摘要
本文较详细研究了离子交换分离技术 ,消除 Cu2 + 、Fe3 + 、V( )等离子对催化光度法测定 Se( )的干扰 ,该方法灵敏、简便 ,可用于人发 ,松针及含硒药物等实际样品中硒的测定。
The interference elimination of some ions such as Cu 2+,Fe 3+,V(Ⅴ) in catalytic spectrophotometric determination of trace selenium was studied.The method is based on the ion-exchange separation technology.The method is sensitive and convenient,and applied to determine trace selenium in human hair,pine pin,drug,etc.
