摘要
采集5只302、304、306、308、310日龄不同个体的新罗蛋鸡静脉血,连续采血5次,测定血液中9个指标的含量。结果表明:淀粉酶(AM)、钙(Ca)、总蛋白(TPROT)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)含量有个体和日龄差异;AMS随日龄变化,差异极显著(p<0.01),ALT随日龄变化,差异显著(p<0.05),TPROT随日龄变化,差异极显著(p<0.01),Ca随个体差异显著(p<0.05),日龄差异极显著(P<0.01)。其它指标差异不显著。
The jugular blood samples from health different age and individaul of five Xin lou -man cock had been collected.Form these samples,the content of nine biochemical value was measured,which include RBC?Hb ?LDH?AMS ?Ca ?ALT?T PROT ALB and GLU.The result are as follow:Serum AMS ?Ca ?T PROT?ALT level have difference in different age and individal;Serum AMS level have post prominent diffence in different age(P<0.01),Serum ALT level have prominent diffence in different age(P<0.05);Serum T PROT level have post prominent in diffence age(P<0.01);Serum Ca level have post prominent diffence in different age(P <0.01),and have prominent diffence in different individual(P<0.05).There are no prominent diffence.in others biochiemical indexes.
