摘要
本试验观察了脂肪水平对生长鸡(0～4周龄)4种血液成分的影响.结果表明,对照组较低的采食量导致了较低的体重。除4%脂肪饲粮的总脂和胆固醇低于6%脂肪饲粮外,饲粮能量水平基本相同的情况下,生长蛋鸡采食后2h 的血清总脂、胆固醇、血糖及脂蛋白的浓度不受饲粮脂肪水平的影响.
An experiment was conducted to observe the effect of oil level of diets on serum total
lipid,cholesterol,glucose and lipo-protein concentrations of young cocks during 0～4 weeks.
Diets contained 1(control),2,4,6,8 and 10% corn oil respectively,and 0,8,16,24,32 and
40% wheat bran were added respectively in order to reduce energy difference between diets.
The result showed that low feed consumption(P<0.01)resulted in low body weight
(P<0.05).In general,effect of oil level on serum total lipid,cholesterol,glucose arid lipo-pro-
tein concentrations was not significant,but the total lipid and cholesterol levels of 4% oil diet
were higher than those of 6% oil diet.
