摘要
加入WTO,中国的金融业正面临参与世界竞争的压力。在混业经营这一必然趋势下,着重探讨在对金融机构特别是对金融集团的监管机构设置问题,指出当前按机构分业监管的弊病,分析一体化监管在混业经营条件下的优势。认为一体化监管将是我国最佳监管组织模式。
After China's accession to WTO,China's financial industries now are facing the pres-sures and challenges from joining the globule financial competition.Under the Inevitable trend of mixed financial business,this article analyses the disadvantages of present establishment of supervi-sion institutions based on segregation of financial business and states that the integrated supervision is the best supervision organized model in China.
