摘要
本文分析了金融业边缘业务的创新特点 ,及其对金融监管构成的挑战 ,最后提出了适应这一挑战的政策建议。
The paper analyzes the innovation of overlapping financial business, and the challenge faced by financial regulation system, the author put forward some suggestion to improve financial regulation system.
