关于远程教育资源标准及资源库设计的探讨 被引量：17

摘要 现代远程教育工程建设的核心之一就是教学资源建设 ,要有效管理和利用教学资源库 ,满足资源的重用与互换要求 ,就必然要求资源库的设计应该满足一定的标准和规范。本文在介绍和对比了教育部现代远程教育资源建设委员会 2 0 0 0年 5月颁发的《现代远程教育资源建设技术规范》以及教育部现代远程教育技术标准化委员会 2 0 0 1年 4月颁发的《现代远程教育技术规范》有关资源建设部分的基础之上 ,提出了一个符合标准的资源库设计方案 。
