摘要
影响城市文明形象的关键因素是人才。通过发展高等职业教育培养高素质的应用开发型人才对塑造肇庆市城市文明形象发挥着重要作用,作者提出了具体的途径和方法。
The talented are a positive potential to model Zhaoqing into a courtesy city. Hence developing higher vocational education and training the talented with high qualities will play an important part in the work. In this paper the author puts forward some specific channels and ways.
