摘要
正确估量和充分认识高等教育在城市建设中的作用 ,对于城市建设的健康发展具有十分重要的意义。通过对高等教育与经济、政治、文化、城市建设等关系的认识 ,不难发现 ,高等教育在城市建设中的作用主要表现为显性作用和隐性作用两个方面 ,而隐性作用在提升城市品位。
it is important to the urban construction that estimating correctly and recognizing adequately the affect of higher education in the course of urban construction. We can discover easily that the affects of higher education in the course of urban construction have two aspects that are direct action and indirect action, but the indirect action is the key in the course of modernization urban construction and promoting city grade.
