摘要
探讨了一类对入射角高度稳定的消色差相位延迟器的设计方案 .首先选取合适的全反射角 ,然后通过在全反射界面蒸镀一定厚度的光学介质膜对中心波长处的相位延迟进行补偿 .结果不仅可以改善相位延迟对入射角的稳定性 。
The authors extract one design_scheme of achromatic phase retarder that is not sensitive to the change of incidence angle. First, choose suitable angle of total reflection, then evaporate the optical medium film on the total reflection interface to compensate phase retardation, which can not only improve the stability but also improve the achromatism.
