微量营养素大枣对糖尿病大鼠糖脂代谢的调节作用 被引量:4

摘要 目的 研究微量营养素大枣 (MCHJ)对糖尿病大鼠血糖血脂的调节作用。 方法 将糖尿病模型大鼠随机分为 4组 : 组为糖尿病模型组 , 、 、 组分别为低、中、高剂量 MCHJ组。 40天后进行有关生化指标测定和形态学观察。 结果 各实验组空腹血糖值、血脂显著低于 组 ,血清胰岛素水平显著高于 组 ,且糖尿病模型组胰腺、肾脏病变较各MCHJ组严重。 结论  MCHJ能明显地降低糖尿病大鼠血糖、血脂水平 ,改善糖脂代谢。 Objective To study the regulation of MCHJ on blood glucose and lipids in diabetic rats. Methods Diabetic rats were randomly divided into 4 groups. Diabetic model rats were in group Ⅰ, the rats in group Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ were fed with low, middle and high dose of MCHJ respectively. After 40 days, biochemical indexes were detected and pathological observation was made. Result Blood glucose and lipids in group Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ were much lower than that in group Ⅰ after experiment, but the level of serum insulin increased significantly. There were more severe pathological changes in kidney and pancreas in diabetic model rats. Conclusion MCHJ can decrease the level of blood glucose and lipids in diabetic rats, improve the metabolism of blood glucose and lipids.
