从微波电路的特性分析展开 ,较为详细地论述了影响微波电路特性的几种因素。介绍了有关微波电路防护的工艺技术 ,提出了对于更高频段的微波电路防护的工艺技术途径。
Expound the effect of several factors on the microwave circuit in detail according to the characteristic analysis of microwave circuit.The technology relating to the microwave circuit proofing is described.Furthermore the methord for achieving the microwave circuit proofing at higher frequency channel is presented.
