摘要
“两课”教师素质的好坏 ,直接关系到高校培养的学生能否坚持社会主义的政治方向 ,能否有正确的世界观、人生观、价值观。在新的形势下 ,必须用“三个代表”的思想 ,全面提高“两课”教师的综合素质 ,深化“两课”教学改革 ,以适应现代社会新形势。
The quality of teachers of the 'two courses', namely, Marxist theory course and ideology and morality course, directly influences the attitudes and values of the students to be educated. It is important to enhance the comprehensive quality of the teachers and continue the teaching reform, so as to meet the needs of the changing situation.
